Vase Arranging - Learn some of the basics of arranging flowers in glass or ceramic vase ware. Bring a standard bud vase from home as one of the containers you will construct. Add that to the collection provided by our instructors to take home and show off your skills. Any finished arrangements left behind will again be donated to a nearby Senior Center.

Spring Fresh Floral Basket Arranging – To ready the welcoming of the "Easter Bunny" and family or friends this holiday, show off your inner-designer with this basket arrangement with a blend of Spring flowers.

Fall arrangement & Sugared Fruit Design Class – Learn the art of adding pizzazz to fresh fruits and combining them with a Fall mixed floral presentation. All products provided. You supply your creativity!

"Santa's Workshop, "Gift Wrapping & Bow Making with the Pros – Tired of stashing some of Santa's surprises this holiday season? Bring some of the standard items and the necessary boxes. We'll have wrapping paper from Santa's hidden stash and a collection of ribbons to bring the final presentation with card tags. Learn the art of making bows like the pros! A fun interactive session and a break from the chaos of the shopping scene. Maybe we can arrange some holiday cheer (non-alcoholic) and baked merriment!

Sunday, February 20, 10am, Fee:$75
Mastering Buttercream – Students will enjoy learning some of the techniques of decorating with buttercream and cakes. Attendees will each receive a 6" sample cake to work with and carry-out at the end of the class. Techniques will include crumb coating, frosting, piping, scroll work, lettering and other tricks of the trade. Space is limited to 15 people.

Sunday, May 15, 10am, Fee: $50
Gum Paste Flowers – Learn the art of working with gum paste to create wonderful flowers for cakes, cupcakes or to dress/garnish dessert plates. Space is limited to 15 people.

Sunday, December 4, 10am, Fee: $60
Building Gingerbread Houses – Have fun building a traditional gingerbread home for your home with assorted confections to create a fun, yummy centerpiece! Space is limited to 15 people.
