"Day Of" Wedding Coordination Services:

Coordination services provided by Christopher & Company under client contract shall include the following:

• A total of 10 hours of service
• Including 8 hours day of coordination (Start time and end time to be determined)
• Attendance/Assistance at wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
• Itinerary for day of wedding (1 hour)

Wedding Coordination Services:

Coordination services provided by Christopher & Company under client contract shall include the following:

• A total of 20 hours of service
• Include day of coordination
• Attendance/Assistance at wedding rehearsal
• Itinerary for day of wedding
• Create vendor contact sheet for all participants the day of the wedding
• Confirmation/Coordination with vendor for delivery times

Wedding Consultant/Coordination Services:

Consultation and coordination services provided by Christopher & Company under client contract shall include the following:

• Pre-qualified vendor referrals conducive to clients’ needs and budget
• Accompaniment to vendor meetings if requested
• Maximum of 16 hours of planning time broken into 2 hour meeting increments, not to include floral meetings, wedding rehearsal or wedding day services.
• Day of coordination
• Attendance/Assistance at wedding rehearsal
• Itinerary for day of wedding
• Create vendor contact sheet for all participants the day of the wedding
• Confirmation/Coordination with vendor for delivery times
• Assistance with budget planning
